Cool Mood is a reusable frozen facial mask designed to hydrate, soothe, and turn skincare into a simple reset ritual.

Does it feel too cold?
It is designed to deliver a gentle cooling sensation. Let it soften for 2–3 minutes after removing it from the freezer before applying.

How often can I use it?
Use two to three times per week or as directed on the product label. Patch test first and stop use if irritation occurs.

How long should I leave it on?
Glide over clean skin, then leave the mask on for 10–20 minutes.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Skin varies. Review the ingredient list and patch test before use. Ask a dermatologist if you have a skin condition or known sensitivity.

How do I store it?
Keep the capped stick in the freezer between uses.

How long does it take to freeze?
Freeze for at least 4 hours before use.

Can I travel with it?
Yes. Travel with it unfrozen and refreeze it for at least 4 hours when you arrive.

How long does shipping take?
