All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
We prepare each Cool Mood mask carefully to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We currently ship within the United States.

Please note: once your order is shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and may vary during holidays or busy seasons.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.
Sometimes we offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your address at checkout.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us right away at support@coolmood.com to correct any mistakes.
Cool Mood is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or carrier delays.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of delivery/non-delivery.
We’ll be happy to help you with a replacement or solution.
